Audit

According to the Articles of Association, Amer Sports has one auditor, which must be a firm of public accountancy certified by the Central Chamber of Commerce.

Amer Sports’ Annual General Meeting of shareholders, held on March 10, 20109, re-elected as its auditor PriwaterhouseCoopers Oy with Jouko Malinen, Authorized Public Accountant, as the responsible auditor.The audited consolidated financial statements of Amer Sports as of and for the years ended December 31, 2009 and 2008 were audited by PricewaterhouseCoopers Oy with Jouko Malinen, Authorized Public Accountant, as the responsible auditor. The audited consolidated financial statements of Amer Sports as of and for the year ended December 31, 2006 were audited by PricewaterhouseCoopers Oy with Göran Lindell, Authorized Public Accountant, as the responsible auditor.

Auditor’s fees

The auditor’s fee will be paid as invoiced. Compensation of auditors in 2009, Amer Sports paid PricewaterhouseCoopers total fees of approximately EUR 3.1 million (2.5) worldwide. Approximately EUR 1.8 million (1.9) of this sum was for the statutory audit.

Fees paid to the auditor for non-audit services

Approximately EUR 1.3 million (0.6) was spent on other services.
